Tuesday, February 17, 2009; woooaahhhhh... Life's been like a roller coaster
Macam jakun gitu nak update blog... Coz now, everything's new... My com also changed... Meaning it became more advance XD well, dad bought a new com a few weeks back n only now I've got the time to update about it... This new keyboard seems more flexible... Eh eh... Macam buat commercial gitu n_n nvm bout that... Let's start the wonderful story! =P
Valentine's Day and Total defence day had passed... This yr's valentine's day was on Saturday... Since we're not gonna meet on Saturday, celebrate it on the same day as total defence day... Valentine's day was rather memorable... Received goodies from classmates n loved ones... Wherever I go that day, seems like everyone is in a jovial mood... There seems to be all smiles everywhere?! Like a quote a friend once said, "LOVE IS IN THE AIR" n_n I manage to find the time to do something meaningful for dear frenz... Coz without them, I'll never be who I am now... Without them, I'll never be able to keep holding on n strive on... Their influence was a positive one... And I do find myself changing and keeping to the right track... Not left, center, up or down XD
In the afternoon, went to visit the parliament house... I brought along this small bag, filled with lots of sweets, wallet, house keys... Sadly, have to surrender it coz of the sweets =.= So we went thru security checks n it's amazing that our school was the best?! The scanner didn't detect anything and so all of us was safe... And the policeman was like, "wah?! this school very good ah... No sound @ all... which sch, eh?" My reply was," like duh?! kata clementi town sec..."
It's rather interesting despite the silence... And it's totally absolute silence?! Can even hear my watch tick to 5p.m. I maintain my posture n look ahead; stoning at the tv screen in front of me... Surprisingly the topic that they debate about was rather interesting... Something bout criminal law and reading the bill for like 3 times... It really test one's discipline to stay silent and still... Not even uttering a single word =/ furthermore, there's so many pairs of eyes that caught you... And there are 1 or two who grinned like an idiot... Quickly I turned away when saw that grin XD I managed to spot a few ministers... One, Mr Lee Hsien Long... Dr Halimah... And more others... There are other ppl who are not ministers or holding any high ranks too... Like Eunice Olsen... She's dressed formally... Hmm... I thought the debate is gonna be rather boring but I didn't even yawn once *grinz* Guess it really caught my attention... @ 5.20, we all stood up n bow... Made our way back to the counter where we surrender our ex link card... Got it back n waited for the bus...
Upon arrival, saw someone familiar @ the foyer sitting down on a chair with a table in front of it... Registering for Alum9 I suppose... Walked off with frenz to get their bags... Rafiqah accompanied me for a while, while waiting for my sis... Went home with my sis after she's done...
As for total defence day, the UG cadets have to wear their respective uniforms... So, yeah not much of a choice, just wore my NP uniform... Collect attendance from teachers and some said I look smart in my uniform ^-^ hehe... Selama ni kalau pakai sch uniform macam sloppy ke XD haiyoo... Ingatkan dia tu pun pakai NP uniform tapi tak =/ ouh well... Return the attendance to the general office den the clerk was like "ahh... Sweet gurl... You look smart," awwwwwwhhh mann... Just wearing NP uniform many told me that... Ouh well... Seems like a good day coz a good start with ppl showering me praises n receiving compliments...
Lessons were as per normal... Kinda pathetic coz when during TPI, I just enter the classroom without asking permission... As my teacher was also wearing NPCC uniform, he told me to ask for permission to enter the room >.<
The week soon fly by... Time flies by really fast... Without me realising it's nearly the mid of February... To prepare for test and all... Giving me the enthusiasm n motivation to strive... Peers and teachers who never fail to enlighten me *winkz* Never expected that social studies was getting more and more exciting... I was surprised when she told me she like me n_n That sounds so wrong... She even went over to me n give me a hug saying, "this yr u've been very good n I like you coz u ask questions in class ah..." My reply was "this yr only ah?" She replied," ya la... This yr only u start to ask question not like last yr..." I began to recall... Slowly, I nodded my head n realised it... Yeah, I've been rather reserved in class last yr... A classmate then joined in the conversation," cher, u know y she like dat this yr? Coz I'm around" >.<
When doing class activities, we all will definitely be in the same group... I guess it's gonna be kecoh-rable tmr... When we're all in the same team... Working together as a team seems more fun rather than working alone... Coz when sharing of ideas is concerned, everyone could speak their mind... Hopefully this friendship will last coz this kind of frenz are kinda rare... Not like those who'll dump you one side without a reason =P being immatured and those kind of typical guys attitude <.<
While collecting attendance, nearly caught that smile... I'll always missed it =/ If only I had the courage to manage a simple greeting or smile, I'd never have regrets... Coz that's the only action to make me feel motivated... And also, to follow ur footsteps... As I began to recall, we did talk a few yrs back... Though it's a short conversation, it did made me think that ur uniquely different... Thanks for the advice dude! really appreciate it ^-^
During character education today, did an exciting task... Everyone was involved! We have to write down positive comments bout each other at a decorative piece of paper which was passed around with our names on it... Most of my classmates wrote their comments bout me... Seems like there are positive sides of me n it felt really good to receive such compliments n_n kinda made my day n some encouraging words made me wanna give in my best best best shot for O-levels... Whatever the odds are, bring it on =))
POA test today was rather okay... I did made some mistakes though =/ ouh well... @ least i didn't screw up on the theory part... Luckily there's no bio test today... Did an experiment for DNA... More like art n craft lesson XD b4 that saw someone familiar outside while I glanced up @ the 3rd level... Of my former class last time... With that, it lifted my spirits up ^-^ Today was a long day... Coz there's art after sch and I only leave art room @ around 6.15p.m. Also, lady luck seems to be by my side... There's no NPCC training tmr! XD hehe... Can go home early n revise bio for the bio test n also other subjects...
Well, I guess this has been a long post... Gonna pen down my thoughts here... GTg...
